Technology with a clear purpose
Websites, SEO and practical AI for Adelaide businesses. Better processes. More time for your business.
We help customers find you, keep track of every enquiry and cut down the repetitive work.
Start with a free initial conversation.
Leon Ibarra Solutions is a technology consultancy in Adelaide, South Australia. It offers six services: websites and SEO, digital presence and marketing, business automation and integrations, lead capture and follow-up, dashboards and automated reporting, and practical AI assistants with human review. Every project starts with a free conversation, and the scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins.
01 / Sound familiar?
The work between the work.
The daily friction is often easy to recognise. Finding a useful way through it is where we start.
- Enquiries arrive in different places. Follow-up relies on memory.
- The same details get copied between emails, forms and spreadsheets.
- Reports take hours to prepare before you can act on them.
- Your website no longer explains what your business does, and customers struggle to find you on Google.
- Your Instagram or Facebook goes quiet for weeks because the day-to-day work comes first.
- AI looks useful, but the right starting point isn’t clear.
02 / What we can build together
Six ways to move your business forward.
Start with the problem. We’ll help you choose the right tools and agree on a scope that fits.
Websites & SEO
Websites that help customers find and understand your business.
Build or improve your website so people can find you in search, understand your offer and get in touch.
Digital Presence & Marketing
A stronger, more consistent presence across your digital channels.
Present your business consistently on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, with social media content you can keep up and organic digital marketing support.
Business Automation & Integrations
Help your tools work together.
Connect the tools you already use and simplify the handovers that slow work down.
Lead Capture & Follow-Up
Give every enquiry a next step.
Create a consistent path from the first enquiry to the next useful action.
Dashboards & Automated Reporting
Spend less time building reports and more time using them.
Bring the information that matters into a view you can use.
Practical AI Assistants
Useful help for a specific task.
Use AI assistants and AI automation for a defined task, with clear boundaries and human review where it matters.
03 / Illustrative workflow
What happens when an enquiry comes in.
Picture a customer getting in touch through your website. Here’s how the right connections can make that easier to manage.
- 01
Enquiry arrives
A clear form collects the details you need.
- 02
Details are recorded
The enquiry has a place, even if an alert is delayed.
- 03
Your team is notified
The right person can see what needs a response.
- 04
Follow-up stays visible
An agreed next action keeps the conversation moving.
A demonstration of a possible solution, not a client result. The workflow is defined for each project.
Lead Capture & Follow-Up04 / How we work
We understand the work before we build.
A useful solution starts with your people and processes. Then we work out where technology belongs.
- 01
Understand
We look at the work, your tools and where things slow down. Together, we choose a useful starting point.
- 02
Build & connect
We agree on scope and deliverables, implement the solution and test the steps that matter.
- 03
Support & improve
You receive a documented handover. We agree on any support and improvements you need next.
05 / The person behind the work
Technology and business, in the same conversation.
I’m Mauricio Ibarra, founder of Leon Ibarra Solutions: a Computer Engineer and Industrial Engineer with more than 10 years in IT project management. I bring those two perspectives together to understand the work and make technology useful.
06 / Before we talk
Questions about websites, SEO and social media.
What should I prepare before contacting you?
A brief description of the business problem, how you handle it today, the tools you use and the outcome you would like. You do not need a technical specification to start.
How much does a website or project cost, and how long does it take?
I first look at the scope, integrations, complexity and expected outcome. We then agree on the work, price and delivery timeframe before implementation begins.
Do I need to replace the tools I already use?
Often, the first step is making better use of what you have. We review your current tools and their integration options before recommending a change.
Can we start with one improvement?
Yes. A focused website, a social media content plan, one enquiry workflow or a useful reporting view can be a sensible starting point. We define an achievable scope together.
Can you help if we don’t have a website yet?
Yes. We can plan the pages, organise the content and build the first version, including the next step for visitors who want to get in touch.
Can you help my business show up on Google?
Yes, through Websites & SEO: technical and on-page SEO, local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation where your business is eligible. Nobody can guarantee rankings, so we agree on specific improvements and how we will check them.
Can you help with Instagram, Facebook or other social media?
Yes, through Digital Presence & Marketing. That might be a review of your profiles, a content plan, a set of posts and short videos, or ongoing publishing support. Platforms, volume, frequency and approvals are agreed upfront, and paid advertising is scoped separately.
What happens after implementation?
You receive a documented handover. Maintenance, monitoring and further support are agreed in the proposal or a separate arrangement.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The initial conversation helps us understand the need and whether we can help. If a detailed process diagnosis is useful, its scope and price are agreed separately before that work begins.
Who owns the website, domain and accounts?
Usually you do: the domain, hosting accounts and content stay in your name, and I work with the access you grant.
Let’s find the starting point
What would you like to make easier?
A task you keep repeating, an enquiry that slipped through or an idea you want to build is enough to start a conversation.
