The thinking behind Leon Ibarra

Good technology starts with understanding your business.

A useful improvement starts with the way your business works. Leon Ibarra connects that understanding with technology, automation, web and AI to reduce repetitive work and make the next step easier for you and your customers.

Founded by Mauricio Ibarra

Computer Engineer + Industrial Engineer

Founded by Mauricio Ibarra, a Computer Engineer and Industrial Engineer, Leon Ibarra brings two perspectives to the same problem: how work flows through a business and how technology can support it. For you, that means looking at the process before choosing the tools, so a new system makes the day easier rather than adding more to manage.

More than 10 years in IT project management and technology and business transformation inform that approach. Mauricio’s work spans infrastructure, cloud and Microsoft environments, process improvement, and supplier and stakeholder management. That experience helps connect the people, processes and systems involved in a change, with web, automation and AI applied to practical needs: less repeat work, faster responses and a smoother customer experience.

01 / People & process

Built around the small-business day.

The initial focus is small businesses in Adelaide, South Australia: tradies balancing jobs and enquiries, professional services managing client work, and accountants dealing with recurring administration. The starting point is your existing workflow and the people who rely on it.

02 / Purposeful technology

AI where it earns its place.

AI can help with work such as sorting information or preparing a first draft. We look at the benefit, the information involved and where a person should review the result before recommending it. A simpler process may be all you need.

Understand the process first. Apply technology second.

Before recommending a tool, we look at how work actually gets done: where time goes, where enquiries get stuck and where people have to step in. Then we choose the simplest useful improvement.

A conversation is a good start

What would you like to take off your plate?

A task you repeat. An enquiry you missed. A website that no longer fits. That’s enough to start a conversation.

Let’s talk about your business
