What you choose to share

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. You can also provide a business or organisation name, website and area of interest. We record the form language and submission time to help manage the enquiry.

Please do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive information about yourself or others. You can also contact us directly by email.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry to understand your request, contact you and discuss any work you choose to pursue. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

How long we keep it

We keep the enquiry for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting work, or until you ask us to delete it. You can ask about access, corrections or deletion at any time using the email above.

Where your information is processed

This website runs on Cloudflare, a global infrastructure provider: it hosts the site, runs Turnstile (the automated-abuse check on the contact form) and stores submitted enquiries in a database. That database is provisioned in the Oceania region.

If email notifications are enabled, we use Brevo to send the enquiry to us and an acknowledgement to you; Brevo is based in the European Union and processes that message there. Because Cloudflare and Brevo are international providers, some technical data may be processed outside Australia as part of delivering the website and email securely.

We do not store your IP address in plain text in the enquiry record. Website analytics, where enabled, help us understand page visits and site performance without identifying you personally.

Security and service checks

We use validation, submission timing checks, rate limits and Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. These checks may process technical information about a request or browser.
